What size of company do you typically work with?
We work with mid-market to enterprise organizations across industries — typically companies with 50 to 5,000 employees. We're well-suited for companies that have real operational data and a clear business problem, but lack the internal AI/IoT engineering capacity to solve it.
How long does a typical project take?
Focused integrations and pilot deployments typically run 6–10 weeks from kickoff to go-live. Larger platform builds or multi-site IoT deployments run 3–6 months. We always recommend starting with a scoped pilot rather than a "big bang" deployment.
Do you offer ongoing support after launch?
Yes. All engagements include a standard 90-day post-launch support period, and we offer ongoing monitoring, model retraining, and evolution retainers for clients who want us to continue managing and improving their systems over time.
Do we need to share our data with you?
It depends on the project. For some work we can operate within your infrastructure with no data leaving your environment. For others, anonymized or aggregated datasets are needed for model training. We always sign NDAs and DPAs before any data sharing occurs, and we can work within air-gapped environments when required.
